Josh and the Squirrels Roofing team came out before 8 a.m. the very next morning to tarp our roof since more storms were expected. That alone really impressed us! From start to finish, Squirrels Roofing was incredibly easy to work with. Communication was excellent, they were responsive, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. Tyler worked directly with us and did a great job explaining everything, including what to expect throughout the insurance process. He also broke down the costs in a way that was easy to understand and never made us feel overwhelmed by the process. The actual roof replacement was completed in ONE day, and the finished product looks amazing. The pictures really speak for themselves! Our previous roof was unfortunately not great quality for a home that was only three years old, so we are extremely happy with the work Squirrels Roofing did. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Squirrels Roofing to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement. Just recently widowed, I found myself, for the first time in 50 years, having to be confronted by issues formerly dealt with by my husband. Following a wind storm, I found shingles on the ground.  Not knowing any roofing contractors, I went on the internet, and after several choices I just had a feeling after reading the information online, that Squirrels Roofing was the company for me.  And it turns out, I couldn’t have made a better choice.  The workmen were friendly yet professional and their work was impeccable. I was totally impressed by the amount of trust they afforded me by not requiring a deposit and would just invoice me after the work was done.  Should you ever require any roofing work, I know you will be very pleased with Squirrels Roofing.  PS  Subsequently, when deciding to sell my home, I contacted Squirrel’s Roofing to replace the entire roof. Last week, with the heat index was at 116 degrees, the workers showed up much to my surprise, and they removed the old and installed the new roof.  I couldn’t believe it.  During the work day, the owners came to introduce themselves and to check on the workers, making sure they were doing okay in the awful heat. Later that day, the owner came back when the job was done to ask of my satisfaction.  I couldn’t have been more happy all the way around.  Thank Squirrels Roofing and all their amazing workers. Out of the roofing contractors I had initially contacted, they were the only ones to get back to me and within 24hrs at that.  They had a quick turnaround time on the estimate and getting the job scheduled.  As for the roof installation itself, the crew arrived during the timeframe they said they would, the crew was respectful, and able to finish the job that day.  Even working through the rain.  They also did a great cleanup job.  We also went the financing route through them and it was an easy process. Juan and his coworker were out the next morning.  They carefully diagnosed the problem.  Took pictures and explained everything.
